the journey begins: day 1

after reading a few blogs over the past few weeks i have decided to try a different approach to my training and diet. i have given myself 30 days to make some significant changes, explore some new possibilities and see what happens to me. i will post daily updates. here we go.

sleep: not much

today's exercise:
run: 15km, 1:04, 157hr

today's diet:
breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 sausages, tomato + black coffee
lunch: 2 sausages, ham, carrots, tomota, cheese + black coffee
snack: almonds
dinner: chicken, veg stirfry + green tea
snack: walnuts
